Adam Lichtenberg, founder and president of Kinberg Strategies, is a seasoned technology and cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience in the Air Force, Air National Guard, and Microsoft. Adam excels at transforming complex challenges into streamlined strategic solutions, leading mission-critical projects that integrate cutting-edge technology with measurable business outcomes.
Whether advising on cloud strategies, enhancing cybersecurity resilience, or aligning IT with organizational goals, Adam is the expert in making technology work smarter. Known for his collaborative leadership style, he thrives on mentoring teams, fostering creativity, and tackling problems that others avoid.
Adam holds a comprehensive suite of IT security and Microsoft certifications, a high-level security clearance, and an MBA earned while balancing a career, a family of six, and a passion for technology.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys hiking in the Pacific Northwest, woodworking, reading, and introducing his daughters to retro video games. His mission is to help organizations thrive through smarter, more secure, and innovative technology strategies.
